PRIVACY & DATA GOVERNANCE

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: 19 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AiZahid handles information in connection with the AiZahid website, support channels, and the four engineering applications listed below. It is intended to provide one controlled policy source while keeping app-specific data practices identifiable.

Privacy-by-design principle. Core engineering inputs and generated results are intended to remain under the user's control on the device, except where a feature explicitly requires network access or the user deliberately chooses to send information through feedback, email, a store transaction, or another external action.

1. Developer and products covered

Developer: AiZahid. This policy covers the AiZahid website and these applications on Android and Windows where applicable:

  • Auto Cable Sizing Pro
  • Auto Cable Containment Sizing Pro
  • Auto BESS Sizing Pro
  • Auto MV/HV Cable & Transformer Sizing Pro

The same master policy may be referenced by each store listing because the applications are explicitly identified here. App-specific sections below describe material differences.

2. Engineering data processed by the apps

The applications process engineering information that you enter or import for their intended calculations, such as electrical loads, voltages, phases, cable or containment parameters, load profiles, equipment selections, protection settings, installation conditions and other project-specific design inputs. These values are used to perform calculations, checks, recommendations and exports.

Unless a feature is specifically described below as using a network service, project calculation inputs, imported engineering files and generated reports are not intended to be automatically uploaded to AiZahid. Saved data and exported files remain under the user's control on the device or in the storage location selected by the user.

APP-SPECIFIC PRIVACY

Auto Cable Sizing Pro

The app processes cable-sizing and related engineering inputs, calculation settings, lookup selections and generated results locally for its design and review workflows. Where the user chooses a supported feedback or external support action, only the information deliberately submitted through that action is transmitted, subject to the feedback section below.

APP-SPECIFIC PRIVACY

Auto Cable Containment Sizing Pro

The app processes containment geometry, cable outside-diameter information, mixed cable schedules, project fill criteria, packing checks and generated results locally for containment-sizing workflows. It is not intended to automatically transmit the user's cable schedule or project calculation inputs to AiZahid.

APP-SPECIFIC PRIVACY

Auto BESS Sizing Pro

The app processes BESS sizing inputs, interval or load-profile information, tariff-related parameters, catalogue selections and generated results locally for its engineering workflows.

Automatic Fuel Adjustment (AFA) data

Where the AFA update feature is used, the app may make an HTTPS request to an AiZahid service to retrieve public AFA tariff records sourced from the official myTNB tariff publication workflow. The AFA request is designed not to include project calculation inputs, imported load profiles, utility account numbers or direct personal identifiers. Hosting infrastructure may process normal request metadata such as IP address, device/browser information and request time for delivery, security and abuse prevention. The last valid AFA record may be retained locally for offline use.

APP-SPECIFIC PRIVACY

Auto MV/HV Cable & Transformer Sizing Pro

The app processes MV/HV cable, transformer, protection, earthing and related project design inputs and generated engineering results locally for its calculation and review workflows. It is not intended to automatically upload the user's project calculation inputs or generated reports to AiZahid.

3. Feedback and support communications

The controlled feedback flow shows the metadata to be shared before the user proceeds. Depending on the app/version, this may include app name, version/build, platform, module, compliance profile and a random report ID. Calculation inputs, imported load profiles, generated reports and uploaded files are not intended to be attached automatically.

If you continue to an external feedback form or email, the information you intentionally enter, together with the displayed metadata you agree to submit, may be processed by the relevant service provider and AiZahid for support, troubleshooting, quality improvement and record keeping. Do not submit confidential project information unless it is necessary and you are authorised to do so.

4. Google Play, Microsoft Store and purchases

AiZahid applications may be distributed through Google Play and Microsoft Store, and some releases may also be made available through other controlled distribution methods. Store-distributed versions may use the applicable store billing service for eligible digital purchases or optional support purchases.

Google and Microsoft process store account, transaction, payment, fraud-prevention and related platform information under their own terms and privacy practices. AiZahid does not receive full payment-card details from normal Google Play or Microsoft Store transactions.

5. Website and Cloudflare-hosted services

The AiZahid website does not require an AiZahid user account and does not request engineering calculation data to browse the public pages. The feedback page can receive only the displayed metadata carried into the page after a user action; it does not automatically receive calculation files or project reports.

The website and AiZahid API services are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. As with normal web delivery, hosting and security services may process request metadata such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, requested URLs and security signals for delivery, reliability, logging, security and abuse prevention. The AFA service provides public tariff data and related verification metadata.

6. Third-party services

Depending on the platform and user-selected feature, relevant third parties may include Google Play and Google Play Billing, Microsoft Store services, Cloudflare hosting/security services, Google Forms, the user's email provider, operating-system services, and external websites deliberately opened by the user. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms and settings.

App-store Data safety or privacy declarations are maintained per app and should remain consistent with the released app's actual permissions, SDKs, network behavior and this policy.

7. Retention, deletion and user controls

Engineering data saved locally remains under the user's control. Depending on the platform and app version, users can remove saved app data through available in-app controls, delete exported files from their chosen storage location, or use operating-system app-data/uninstall controls.

Feedback and support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, troubleshoot, maintain support records, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Where applicable, you may contact AiZahid to request access, correction or deletion of information you deliberately submitted to AiZahid, subject to legal, security and technical limitations.

8. Security

AiZahid uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the services provided. Network features described in this policy are intended to use secure HTTPS transport. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should avoid submitting unnecessary confidential or personal information through support channels.

9. Children's privacy

The applications are professional and educational engineering utilities and are not specifically directed to children. AiZahid does not intentionally ask children to submit personal information through the engineering applications or website.

10. Store declarations and app changes

Google Play Data safety declarations and Microsoft Store privacy information are app-specific compliance records. They must be reviewed whenever a release changes permissions, third-party SDKs, network services, account functionality, billing, feedback behavior, analytics, diagnostics or other data handling. This website policy will also be updated when those changes materially affect privacy practices.

Where a platform requires a prominent in-app disclosure or consent for a particular data practice, this Privacy Policy does not replace that in-app disclosure or consent.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when application functionality, distribution, support services, hosting, legal requirements or store requirements change. The effective/last-updated date at the top of this page will be revised when an updated policy is published.

Engineering boundary: This privacy policy describes data handling. It does not certify or approve any engineering calculation, design or project result.
